What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence (held for at least 2 years), an ID card or passport, and a credit/debit card for the deposit.
Is there a minimum driver age?
Yes, drivers must be at least 21 years old. For Luxury class vehicles the minimum age is 25.
What is included in the price?
Standard insurance, VAT, and the daily mileage shown on the vehicle page. Optional extras such as full insurance, GPS or child seats can be added during booking.
Can I pick up in one city and return in another?
Yes — choose different pickup and drop-off locations in the booking form. A one-way fee may apply depending on the distance; our team will confirm it with your reservation.
How do I pay?
Online reservations are requests only — no online payment is taken. You pay at pickup by card or cash; the deposit is blocked on a card.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup. Contact us by phone or email with your booking code.
