1. Rental requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. A valid ID card or passport and a credit/debit card for the deposit are required at pickup.
2. Reservations
Online reservations are requests and become binding once confirmed by our team via email or phone. Quoted prices include standard insurance and VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Deposit and fuel
A refundable security deposit is blocked on the driver's card at pickup and released after the vehicle is returned in its original condition. Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
5. Liability
The renter is liable for traffic violations during the rental period and for damage not covered by the selected insurance package.
